Comments and Suggestions
We are very happy to receive suggestions and would be grateful if you could let us have them in writing. Suggestions can be addressed to the Practice Manager to enable you to inform us of any comments or concerns you may have.
Complaints
Woodside Medical Centre aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients. However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know.

Speak to whomever you feel most comfortable: your GP, our practice manager or our reception staff will be happy to help.
We hope as your practice that if you have any concerns, you could raise them with us directly to give us an opportunity to resolve them for you. However, if you do not feel that you can do this, you have a right to raise your concerns with NHS Greater Manchester (NHSGM). Please be aware that NHSGM cannot deal with any complaints that we as a practice have already responded to. You would need to escalate any complaints we have already formally responded to, to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) if you remain dissatisfied.
